Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with MigliorEyewear. We want you to love your eyewear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
- You may return within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, NO REFUND.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The eyewear must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, cases, and accessories included.
- Prescription lenses are non-credited.
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@miglioreyewear.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
- Pack the eyewear securely to prevent damage during transit!
- Ship the eyewear to:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.
Store Credit
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If approved, a store credit will be processed to your account within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-credited unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your eyewear for a different style or due to sizing concerns, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original eyewear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your eyewear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will replace the item or issue a store credit at no cost to you.
