Processing Time

  • All orders are processed with in 1-3 business days.
  • Prescription lenses may require 3-7 additional business days for customization. 
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class)

  • Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: Free on orders over $100
  • Orders below $100/ Cost: $4.99

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority)

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days
  • Cost: $7.99

Express Shipping (USPS Express)

  • Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: $29.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or weather disruptions.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged: 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work with USPS to receive the issue or send a replacement if necessary.
